(If your school already has a fashion club, no problem--easily convert it to an official FIDM Fashion Club by completing the five steps below. It's even faster because you can complete steps 2 and 4 before your interview!)

Download and complete a My Fashion Club Business Plan and fill out the School Administration Approval Form and Codes of Conduct

Once we receive the forms, we will set up a phone interview with you and your advisor. We will review your business plan together to ensure us of your commitment and dedication to the club.
After the interview, print out the FIDM Fashion Club Sign Up Sheets and take them to your club meetings for your members to sign-in. This is how we track eligibility of our members for the FIDM Fashion Club Perks. PLEASE NOTE: Your club is not considered active until your first Sign-Up Sheets are received

Keep in touch! You'll need to turn in your Activity Forms and Meeting Reports every month to maintain active status and eligibility for all contests, prizes, and scholarships that are exclusively for FIDM Fashion Clubs.
